︎︎︎Backrgound:
The Amazon Global Store Summit has been held in China for 5 years and has now become a benchmark event in the field of cross-border e-commerce. Under the special epidemic background of 2020, new forms of cross-border trade have begun to take shape. How to better connect all participants, with pure online solutions will be the question to be answered.  

Mediamonks as the leading agency of holding the event, we were in charge of Campaign KV design, digital web builidng, film production and livestream management.
︎︎︎Solution:
 I led digital design, and also took the role of communcaition pivot between clients and internal production teams, to support both offline and online works. We ironed out the journey started from registration ->  log in  -> pre-warming pages with the guests info -> live event with the up-to-date agenda -> live player -> after-session service. We worked closely onsite to help the summit succeed by offering design plan b and proficient consultancy regards of developing feasibility and design review.
